Football Post

Played footie at Bukit Purmei today. Tonnes of people today so we could play around and swop people when they were tired, which was good. I must say my fitness is getting better overall.

I scored a hatful today too. *grinz* But more importantly everyone is playing more of a passing game, rather than playing the mindless british hoof up the court. It was mesmerising combinations at times today and it was wonderful to be part of, whether you're in the middle of it or just as a team-mate. I've always felt the passing game makes football the beautiful art-form it is. Something we don't do as brilliantly as the world players but something we can do well... even when we hits the 30s and 40s. Like of the guys that played today. Hair whitening, flesh weak but spirit willing. Just pass it round and enjoy the game.

Something I hope to do when I get on in years with my son. *grinz*
