I was passing by dhoby ghaut in a bus today and happened to gaze out at the old cathay building. It's a gigantic struture now though the facade is generally the same. Sat there thinking it'd be cool to do a great main hall grand-old style (that can have really glitzy film premieres and pple can get it for gala screenings) and have really much smaller cinemas(a la the cineplex marketing style) on the side.

Lo & behold I read TODAY and it's exactly what they're doing. Even talk of enticing hollywood to start doin their premieres! Apart from the sad realisation my business ideas come up a TAD too late (think FJ Benjamin with United bar), I consoled myself that my ideas DO makes sense cos pple are splashhing money on exactly that! Personal tragedy aside *sic*, how cool would it be to have the A-list stars walk the red carpet here? Now must become importanz enufs to be invited to one of those. *dreamily waves at scarlett johansen* Hehe.

On another note, salsa is getting better. wheeee.

Now if only I could say that about the studying.
