Oh gosh! This workout shit really works. Just 3 weeks at it (not intensively I might add but I did watch the calories ) and I'm 4 kg down already. Just weighed myself and I was pleasantly surprised to see an unfamilar number. Thought it was spoilt, look at it bemusedly awhile. Hahaha.
Anyways it's a good sign and I do admit I feel lighter and fitter.. But these....
*pinches love handles* HAVE TO GO!!
Abs oh abs, wherefore art thou?
The combi of diet & exercise is seriously effective if you keep the discipline... Plus it does help that work hasn't gone overboard... Yet! Hopefully I can keep up with this and I def be happy the day my weight starts increasing again due to more build-up muscle >> weight loss.
In any case I'm all smiles. We'll check again next month.

Wellllllllll......... Miss G hasnt been faring so well in that category. Turns out the fat on the lower arm is "very bad" in the trainer's words... AND... I have been working the WRONG thigh muscle for months, it should be hamstrings NOT right/left thigh muscle, hilarious la! No wonder so flabby no matter how many times I work the thighs.
