It's getting harder to blog these days what with work hailing the zenith of court season with a slew of cases all fighting for my privileged attention. Hence work-weary & word-weary, I loathe typing out more than I need to.

Glad to say I've had bright rays of sunshine in my life despite the gloom of work. For that I'm thankful and quite contented with life as it is. Been out of touch with some frens and I shall try to make sure I touch base soon. Esp my adiks...

Caught up with my council dept last night and that was a rip-roaring innuendo-filled(as usual) meal of good food, better gossip and the best friends from college toil I have. We had a poignant moment where we realised how much we've come along since those days. Doctors, professionals, married, engaged, buying cars, international affairs, office scandals and babies surely on the way...

Anyways managed to squeeze time for Inside Man which featured another great performance from ma man Denzel. Hilarious script featuring rascist digs in the melting pot that is NYC (I miss that city!) in this Spike Lee show is another highlight to watch for. The downside is they tried to be too clever and the movie just falls flat at the end cos it goes out in a whimper of complicated plot devices...

Oh and just realised I didn't update when I watch Failure to Launch with mum. That was quite a fun rom-com to watch. Definitely a good date movie/DVD for all of y'all to use. *lol*

This is the next on moi movie hit-list.

Anyways I look forward to the long weekend the coming week, and hopefully don't get the same suay deal as the CNY long weekend. In any case, Bench & Bar trip to Langkawi end month to look forward to plus Call Break! I'm glad holiday season is back ;)
