A wonderful movie An Education is.

I wish I had a female Peter Saarsgaard sweep 16-yr-old-me-beyond-my-years off to auctions, intelligent dinner, fun dances, trips and things inappropriately adult.

Then again it's good there wasn't cos I finished school and did all the 'boring' and 'sad' bits well so I can be Awesome today.
And hopefully in time have an awesome family :)

I really identified with the Jenny character. Older than her years. Yearning for something different, not content with the non-choices her family had. And when she feel in with, then was hurt by the double life of, the David character, it certainly hit home. Everything came flooding back. I bit my lip and breathed. That's in the past now.

On a happier note, I realise that I reeally want that car now.
Talk about the power of being psycho-ed by people close to you :p
