It's been a true baptism of fire this first week at work, and it won't even be a full week till tom! This has certainly evoked memories of the toil and struggle in my first few years in practice, and I remember how depressed I was during the first week thinking I can't possibly survive worklife! But I have, and I will get through this too. Tho my tolerance is lower cos I'm older, I'm also cooler and more mature with so-called "emergencies" cos I've seen some in my day. Plus I'm heartened by the greater stability in my life - due in no small part to you - and thinking.
