June's been on the up late & turned out to be a happy month despite the challenges.
What they say about happiness is true, it shows when you're happy :)
Unfortunately they fail to warn you shows in a number of ways too, like your tummy.

Today the machine in the gym informs me my fat % is now 25.5%
*gasp*
That's the highest it's been since December!
*double gasp*
