It's monday today, but what a wonderful day it's been.

United nicked a winner against WBA in the final ten minutes of the game to swipe all 3 points.

Woke up late after watching the aforesaid game, but got into the office without any problems.

Cleared quite a bit of work today so surfed around abit and read the highlights of the PM's Rally speech.

That's when I got the best news of the day - the HDB income ceiling has been raised to $10k for BTOs and resale so we can now qualify for new BTO flats and the CPF grant for resale flats! Superb!! I am certainly elated. Even if its is only a CPF subsidy and there is still much work and budgeting to be done on the cash side, we definitely welcome a $40k subsidy with glee! And gratitude. Brings us That much closer to achieving our hopes and dreams :)

Then capped off the day by sorting out my baju kurung for Hari Raya such that I have a matching set with the wifey

Happy.

Am now typing at home while the missus is cooking dinner. *happy sigh*
