The food was really top-class and I can see why they're considered six-star and a premier hotel the world over. Special mention must go to the succulent, full-flavour veal as well as the crispy chicken in sauce; plus the sushi spread beat sakae any day. And I must say the salad was great too. Nice crispy lettuce, in addition to fresh rocket and red rock made for a great mixture with caeser's sauce and crunchy croutons thrown in. But the key was the sun-dried tomatoes. So full of flavour. Yum! I was truly in gastronomical heaven.
......then i saw dessert.
